We engaged Lauran and her team to guide us through our ideas and help redesign our current house to our forever home. After we finalised our design, Lauran completed all plans and drawings, had engineering reports done and covered all aspects to seek approval for us to undertake a major renovation. As part of the process, Lauran arranged for several builders to bid on our project. We were able to find a builder that suited our project for quality, craftsmanship and equally important, the cost that supported us to achieve our design.

After having basic drawings done by a draftsman and then changing builders we were then handed a gift called Lauran, as we realised to get through council it would take more than what we would know to achieve this. It took just over 4 months to get through BMCC, which felt like a long and drawn out process, but Lauran’s great quality drawings and knowledge of the process and interaction with council was invaluable, we couldn’t have done this as quickly without her, I’m not sure actually if we could have done this at all with out her!..
Nothing was ever too much trouble and she turned drawing changes around really fast, she was always available and such a pleasure and delight to deal with. In terms of value for money she was outstanding, and Lauran’s input into our next home was absolutely critical.
My husband and I would highly recommend Lauran as a very competent and diligent architect, would we work with her again?…Absolutely!

LTAA Architecture designed 2 renovation ideas for our property.
The first plan, a ground floor major addition/renovation, we decided against due to cost benefit considerations.
The second plan, an upstairs addition plus extension/renovations to the ground floor has won favour with us. The architect listened to our needs well & incorporated some of our ideas into her major design, providing innovative solutions to some issues with which we were concerned.
We are very pleased with the final design, which is now at council approval stage & we are looking forward to working with this company for the build.
