We’ve been hard at work on an exciting project at Murrays Beach, and it’s coming together beautifully!

The layout of the home has been carefully designed to capture the surrounding views and natural sunlight, depending on the time of day and year. With a focus on passive solar principles, the design helps reduce heating and cooling costs, while also allowing for natural ventilation. Our clients can easily adjust the home’s openings to suit the season, optimizing comfort year-round.

The external finishes feature a carefully selected palette of natural tones, creating a dynamic and interesting experience as you walk around the house. This allows the design to seamlessly blend with the stunning bushland of Murrays Beach, while striking accents of spotted gum add warmth and texture.
