We managed to get access today and video the internals of this new home. The spaces have beautiful raked ceilings that flows from one of the house to the other then connects to the rear alfresco space.
This home we have design to work with the slop of the site so the house is two levels at the street and ends up being single level at the rear with great access to the rear yard.

The home was recently wired up and the plumber looks to be next inline.

📣We are pleased to share that we received DA approval yesterday for a proposed 2-in-1 lot subdivision for a commercial development in Blacksmith, NSW, which includes a new commercial building and a change of use for the existing building. Our team guided the client from the initial planning phase through to design, and managed the DA application process, liaising with the council throughout. We’re grateful to our client for trusting us with their project, and we look forward to supporting them through the next steps.

With spring upon us, it's time to head outside, enjoy the warmer weather, and take in the beauty of blooming flowers and the sounds of birds.

We love creating living spaces that seamlessly connect to outdoor areas, offering flexibility for enjoying time with family and friends. Our designs prioritize comfort, functionality, and weather control—so no matter the conditions, your outdoor space remains enjoyable. We all know how quickly a sunny day can turn windy or rainy!

In one of our recent projects, we incorporated a flexible alfresco space into the home’s living design. With the use of stacking sliding doors, the living and alfresco areas can easily open up to expand your living space. When the weather turns, the space can be enclosed to stay comfortable. The alfresco also features an external sliding door, allowing it to be enjoyed all year round, not just on hot days.

If you're thinking about building or renovating, consider an alfresco or deck space with movable glazing, such as bi-fold or stacking sliding doors. This will let you enjoy these areas throughout the year, regardless of the weather.
