Our collaboration with Tracy at Bumph & Scumble marked the beginning of an exciting project aimed at enhancing a home with breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House. Entrusted with both architectural and interior design responsibilities, our team embarked on a journey to improve the residence’s functionality, aesthetic appeal, and connection to its stunning surroundings.

Comprehensive Redesign and Documentation Support

Working closely with Tracy and the client, we undertook a comprehensive redesign of the home’s interior, meticulously curated by the expert team at Bumph & Scumble. Our role included assisting with the documentation for Development Application (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC) applications, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and codes.

Stunning Interior Makeover

The interior received a stunning makeover, featuring upgraded finishes and a modified layout that optimizes spatial flow and functionality. Collaborating seamlessly with Bumph & Scumble, we enhanced every aspect of the home’s interior, creating a cohesive and visually striking living environment.

Upgraded External Terrace

Besides the interior enhancements, we upgraded the external terrace, designing a new alfresco structure and landscape. This transformation not only elevated the home’s curb appeal but also created inviting outdoor living spaces that complement the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Maximizing Sydney Harbour Views

One of the project’s highlights was upgrading the existing sliding doors to maximize views of Sydney Harbour. Partnering with a high-end sliding door company, we widened the doors, removed the sill hob, and introduced a flush threshold. This seamlessly connected indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the panoramic vistas.
