The Process
We provide onsite services which we meet with you onsite to discuss your project, council, time frames & your budget.
We provide design services for a variety of projects, from renovations, secondary dwellings, dual occupancies, residential projects & commercial & industrial projects. We use these plans to send to builders to provide their estimates so you have a good understanding of the probable build cost of your project.
We provide a full service during this stage by preparing the drawings package and coordinating with the councils. We manage these stages on behalf of our clients and liaise with the council or a private certifier to ensure your project is approved.
Once you have all your approvals, we can then assist you with full construction documentation to give your builder as much detail as they need to build your project.
