The beginning of something new.

We’re excited to share the start of our latest project — a dual occupancy design where the existing dwelling will be retained and a new home introduced on site.

Working within the block’s constraints and council controls, our team has developed a site-responsive solution that embraces passive solar design while ensuring both homes enjoy comfort, light, and privacy.

This is just the first step in the journey — and we’ll be sharing more of the design process as it unfolds.

✨ Thinking about a dual occupancy project?
We’d love to explore how your site can work harder for you. Send us a DM or visit ltaa.com.au

We absolutely love seeing our clients’ renovation

We absolutely love seeing our clients’ renovation projects completely transform their homes! ✨
Taking a home that has provided a safe and loved space for many years, then rejuvenating and upgrading it so the family can continue enjoying their community, friendships and schools — it’s truly rewarding.

Renovating rather than relocating is also a sustainable way to create the larger, more functional home you’ve always dreamed of. 🏡💚

Ready to start your own transformation? Reach out to LTAA Architecture today — let’s create your dream space together!

“Every site tells a story — even the narrow ones.

“Every site tells a story — even the narrow ones.

At LTAA Architecture we see ‘constraints’ as opportunities. On this 8-metre wide block, we unlocked space and light by:
• Maximising natural daylight with strategically placed windows
• Designing open-plan living zones with strong indoor–outdoor flow
• Using voids, central court yard and skylights to create volume and airiness
• Carefully selecting materials to enhance durability and warmth

Whether it’s a tight urban site or a coastal block, smart design turns small footprints into big lifestyles.

✨ Thinking about building or renovating on a narrow block?
We’d love to help you unlock its potential. Send us a DM or visit ltaa.com.au
