After having basic drawings done by a draftsman and then changing builders we were then handed a gift called Lauran, as we realised to get through council it would take more than what we would know to achieve this. It took just over 4 months to get through BMCC, which felt like a long and drawn out process, but Lauran’s great quality drawings and knowledge of the process and interaction with council was invaluable, we couldn’t have done this as quickly without her, I’m not sure actually if we could have done this at all with out her!..

Nothing was ever too much trouble and she turned drawing changes around really fast, she was always available and such a pleasure and delight to deal with.
